And why should i have to prove my innocence. You will probly tell me in latin innocent until proven guilty. Not the other way round, right?

So you are completely ignorant about the laws of the country and so stupid that you think that this is a reason that those laws shouldn't apply to you? Its a fundamental point of law that ignorance is no defense in ALL countries.

I can guarantee that there are hundreds of laws you have never heard of that the UK police can hit you with and, no, they are not in an easy to find list clearly stating the law.

If you don't like the American approach to law enforcement, don't go there. I don't.

"Ignorance of the law is no excuse" is the oldest maxim of common law in England and is shared by every single other country's judicature. You rolls the dice, you takes your chance. And there's no such thing as "proving your innocence". All you can do is NOT be proven guilty.

The reason Americans are always sneering at anything that contravenes any of the three major political viewpoints that are presented as the only legitimate ones by the media is that they are incapable of imagining anything else other than the ideas that have been vetted, sanitized and kosher approved for their protection.

They are not all bad though. Rural America, while often cynically derided by the media and TV "entertainment" in general, is where Americans still have managed to conserve a normal and sensible way of life. Crime is low, education is high, people do not mistrust each other, police brutality is an almost non-existent phenomena. Yet, this is the type of America which most lib-faggots consider to be backward and regressive. Its just too nice, too well ordered, and most importantly, too white.

very true. Your description matches most of the South, in general.

You're saying America's rednecks and mountain folk live a "sensible life"? Crime is low there because few people live there and people out there don't have much to steal. Education in rural America is the worst in the country:

Inner city schools in high crime areas offer poor education as well but the best colleges are in the larger cities. If you're going to roll the dice in the US on an elementary/middle school/high school education, you'd be best doing it in the suburbs.

And this is in comparison to UK. not sure about Poland... is that in US you can be told by Police that you have broken a law, and even if you prove to them most blatantly, that as a foreign visitor, you had no means of knowing about that law, because it is simply not published anywhere where one could read about it , they will NOT respect it as an excuse.

Sorry to tell you but you are completely wrong.... there is an article in European law or constitution that says that not knowing the law can't be a excuse to save you from broking the law. As a tourist it's your obligation get inform about specific laws in the country your are visiting. For example when I was living in Poland I didn't know that is forbidden to drink alcoholic drinks in the street, but this didn't work as a excuse to avoid a fee for doing that ;)

About America, I'm not Polish, but for experience I think that Polish people still have a bit this idea about America as the land of freedom and opportunity... when in fact is far from being that, at least now and in the last few (already many) years! I agree that like every country it as the positive and negative aspects, but right now I think the negative aspects are much more then the positive.

And regarding traffic citations, when you receive a driver's license in the USA in whatever state you receive it in, when you sign just before they hand you the license you are signing that you understand ALL that state's traffic laws. Driving is a revocable privilege, not a right, and it is YOU the citizen's responsibility to make yourself aware of the laws that govern it.

Spoken like a true brain-washed lefty. Why don't you look up on the most rural states, then search for the ones with the lowest crime, highest educational rates and highest average IQ. For extra fun, also search for the states with the least amount of non-whites. The result just doesn't seem to corroborate with the narrative pushed by the media, but i guess you would have to be a librul to find that surprising.

moved from another thread

America also invades

America never invades. America spreads freedom and democracy. Sometimes they must resort to more vigorous methods if the beneficiary refuses to cooperate.

Oh please. You know I will side with right wing over left wing in most cases but this type of blind American patriotism is also not good thing.

The Us has ruined many countries and murdered millions. Libya and Iraq and Afghanistan are in complete ruin.

America eventually goes back home and rebuilds the country they blew up,like Vietnam ? lol

Yeah well mud shacks don't cost a whole lot to rebuild.
Seriously though, Vietnam is a beautiful country with beautiful people that L.B.J. and Rumsfeld will burn in hell for what they did to it.

55,000 young American boys died in that one FOR WHAT !

America doesnt invade 'worthless' countries JR you know it.

Sure it does, Al Quida found out that they can run but they can't hide.
The United States will go into ANY country that harbors our enemies and kill them. Simple as that.
Oh, come to think of it Roz, I do believe the British did some killing in Vietnam too or are you to young to remember that ?

It was strictly a political war.
A lot of people made a lot of money on both sides of that war.
Immigration is great if the immigrants wants to live as the host country does and adapt to the host countries culture..
Unfortunately the Muslims have no intention of that.
