I have some Polish heritage and decided to do a research paper on Poland for my college english class. Can someone whose been to Poland and America explain some of the major cultural differences?

What is the land like over there?

What is the economy like?

Do most people have cars and electronics? is there a computer in almost every home with internet access?

What's the education differences?

Thanks!!

One is: this question would not, in all probability, come from a Pole.

i SWEAR i didn't start this thread.

Polandforeigner/troll, i created a thread looking for opinions of people who have lived in both countries a few months ago (my MO was a bit different than yours) but here you go:

https://polishforums.com/usa-canada/speak-english-lived-america-new-love-hate-41802/4/

i'm sure you will find a wealth of information in there......oh.....wait......actually, it's a complete wasteland with little to no information at all, z powodu = lack of true candidates on this forum.

sorry, can't help you.

Well I just found one unexpected..
I am shopping for new vehicle and have found one that is acceptable. I consider it small and barely viable.... a Ford Ranger xlt. It could ALMOST fit iside my former truck (77 GMC suburban) adn is barely bigger than my small sedan was ( 528e BMW).

So I show it to him....
"Omg what are you looking at something so large for..? I bet it barely gets *unintelligible figures in wretched metric* !"
But but it only has a six cyl and not real cab, back seats are jump seats.... I wanted a ridgline.
"Ah so american ... you want even lawnmowers to have 100 *more foreign measurement talk* " >_<

So I gave him link to a lawnmower with a V-8. I'm so trolly.
But makes me wonder:
Supposing I am in EU next year... (just theory).
I need a transport that can handle at least 3 of my family at any given moment
..so how would I move about Adult(1) 175cm/75kilo -Teen(2)180/73kilo -Teen(3)188/86 - 8yr old(4) 149/46
My economy sized kids have me scramblin for larger vehicles as it was

add disabled parent-(2b) doesn't go out often so can be switched possibly with adult child that drives.
Ideally Power chair needs vehicle that can handle it on suspension -has frame friendly to a modest tow hitch for chair trailor
Acceptable is additional trunk space for a folding wheelchair.

Oh and add eventual? DH Adult 179/70 ....and inevitable carseat that would accompany that ... AIYEeeee.

whats EU have that handles that kind of numbers ...lol

Merged: Polish version of "Rapunzel"

What is the name?

ABC (main channel in USA) is airing a version where the main actress (always Golden hair) is played by an African-American. What is the forums opinion of the USA constantly stealing European culture and repackaging it with some political correct version?
