Valentines messages ideas - English guys with Polish girls

ok so valentines day is coming up soon, so i thought this would be a very useful topic.
as an english guy not speaking much polish, but i have a polish girlfriend, it would be very nice if i could write her some little love messages, on a card, on a note, in a text message. stuff like that.
im sure im not the only english speaking guy with a polish girlfriend.

The hooves make a good percussion instrument - a good substitute for coconut shell halves.

But singing in Polish? I'll just have to sort out some words that aren't either offensive, incredibly simple, or simple commands you might hear from a plant-nursery supervisor. All of which would be grammatically wrong!
