A bit. Poland is 312,679 km squared and Romania has 238,391 km squared-still a large country. Obviously Poland has a much larger population but then again, Poland has stolen a lot of land in the West which belongs rightfully to Germany, so the argument of true size is open to question.
Then it's fair to say that most of lithuania and bylorussia belong to Poland, along with parts of the Ukraine. It's a never ending arguement in Europe. Boundaries have changed so much in the past it's impossible to say which country owns what. It's not just Poland and Germany that have had border disputes.
