Visa To US for a Pole - the easiest way?

I have a friend in Poland,,it is her last year of her studies and she wants to come to the US next July. She does not need to work here in the States and wants this Visa for about 90 to 180 days. Which Visa is the easiest for her to obtain in Poland? I have heard the tourist Visa is the easiest to obtain,, is this correct???

The tourist would be, but make sure that she still has a student ID or her chances are slim. They require that you have strong ties to PL.....bank acct, job or property.
