define: A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN?
dziwna,
Christians call themselves "Born Again" because when they accept Christ, they change from being the person they used to be and they become like a new person. Not only do they stop doing the sinful things they did before, but they experience a positive change in who they are as a person. Things like misery, emptiness and anger vanish and are replaced by joy. So, it's like being born again. But the term "born again" actually comes from something Jesus said in the Bible, that a person must be born again (change their ways) if they want to get into heaven.
But I think it's unfair to say that Catholics and Christians don't believe the same things because many do. I read someone say that Catholic Poles go to church to pray and worship God which is exactly what Christians do. The main difference between the two, though, is that Christians don't follow the rituals that the Catholic church does. Because God doesn't ask us to in the Bible and he even tells us not to. But other than that, it sounds like the two beliefs are very similar.
