i'm a 10-15 min drive to the centrum, and i'm paying 2000zl + prad. Ive got 100m2, 2 bedroom with loft.

i've noticed a trend over the last 2 years- that owners of crappy a$$ flats have hiked up the rents to the level of wysoki standard flats, thus artificially inflating the rents. The market needs a correction IMO. Everyone is getting greedy.

What is the mortgage market like in PL? Has "credit dried up" or is it still readily available?

the market has slowed....lots of supply. as for credit.. there are still loads of shops offering credit... and my bank offered me 100K PLN after i had 3 months of provable income.
