want to start career in poland, construction of residential buildings

i would like to shift to poland.My basic knowledge and experience is in construction of residential buildings and want to career in same. and to be the one of the top most in this field want to start from developing country like poland. so how do i proceed and work on it. intially to start i ready to do any kind of work and very keen about hard working in any field that is given to me. i m also looking for my older friend whose name is Joanna Niewiadomska from Warsaw. please feel free to help

We need many people in construction, the only problem could be language and papers, permissions etc.

You might be better off moving into the high quality market. That would mean refurbishment of large, older property.
You might be able to get some sort off grant for this type of work. Might: being the key word.
