Who wants a Linguaphone Polish Course...?

In the past there has been much discussion on PF about the best Polish language courses and on what is available.
I think that the old Linguaphone courses are amongst the best, tough to come by.

I haven't seen one available anywhere for a while.
Currently there are two on offer on ebay!

...worth a look for any English speaker who's serious about learning Polish...

The courses are very well put together and include comprehensive sounds recordings - the idea being that you learn to speak with a correct accent from the start and soak up the language then as you go along...

... that's the theory anyway!

How much do they cost? I think that tapes are still the best. If you listen to language courses with CD disks the sounds often jump.

Bardzo to wątpię! However, I do agree with the fact that you are more intelligent than I am. In fact, I am prepared to accept the fact that anybody is more cleverer than what I am!

well, he either really likes to 'pull strings' so much that he lost himself in doing it cos its so much fun and its all he ever does, or he seriously thinks he's a genius and speaks better Polish than the natives do. wanna take a vote on that? lol

It's basically files sharing with a bittorrent client. If you have a bittorrent client, it will transfer whatever files to you from many sources. It's pretty decent I'd say.

yeah my boyfriend downloaded all of them so I have most of them at my disposal just didn't know if they were worth the time. When I was younger I tried russian with the rosetta stone and it totally skipped the basics. But I'll be damned I'll never forget what a malchek is haha.
