Warsaw court throws Martial Law indictment back at IPN prosecutors

The question is whether the indictment was really a bumbling failure, or whether someone in the judiciary just likes the ol' fellers that much.

Sounds like a bumbling failure, or the old commos had a good lawyer able to pick apart the ndictment. You'd have to read the allegations and prosecution's facts contained in the indictment to form a view.
