White Noise is a good film waiting to see White Noise The Light (maybe tomorrow) but i have a few to watch.

One film i do recommend is Click - Adam Sandler - not your usual Adam Sandler movie but very good made me cry first time i watched it and second time i reflected some more

I particularly liked the hasslehoff bit (featured on myspace page) where he does the speech on sexual harrassment very very hilarious.

keep trying with the job hunting hun i know i am plus i am off into doncaster tomorrow (10th) so will pop into a couple of places and hand my CV in see what happens

There are quite a few Poles in most of the Towns and Cities in the UK. You will certainally meet some Poles if you came over. Not so many restaurants but that will almost certainally change over time as the Polish communities get more established.

I tried some Polish food - I really liked it. I don't know the name of it but it was like a mushroom and onion mix wrapped up in a really nice egg batter type of thing. We also had this beautiful Polish cake - mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!

Polish food is fantastic, luv most of the soups, the pork nuckle, beer and that very unhealthy pork fat that spread on bread an eat with beer.

Nonsense. It's even more tasty when you put a pickled cucumber on it. Fantastic. Mr. David, since you appreciate "smalec" than you are one of us now.

Years ago my daughters used to love to eat "Smalec" sandwich...Fresh warm Polish Rye Bread..some smalec with tomatoes & onion..yummy.

Many years ago, my paternal grandfather returned to Poland because he wanted to die in his homeland. He suffered from heart disease and was on medications. The doctors here didn't give him a lot of time to live...but, they were wrong! Upon returning to Poland
my grandfather ate what he wanted...lots of fatty food and drank vodka, drove a motor scooter around the village and he was so happy..for breakfast he would have a big slice of boczek with eggs and lots of pastries...My Dad went to Poland to visit his father a few years later and couldn't believe how well his Father looked and how active he was, must have been the good Polish food that kept him alive for over 10 years...He died 12 years after going home to Poland at the age of 94.

Hey - No probs - I was just messing about, as you get to know me on this forum you'll see that I only occasionally get serious about a couple of issues, most of the time i'm in high spirits and just wanting a bit of tomfoolery!!!!

Talk about what you like, it just amuses me sometimes, the directions that threads go in. If you read all the posts one by one they always make sense but if you only read the first then the last post you'll see just how mad and twisty they get!!!!

No probs whatsoever!!!!
