BTW, it's so odd that in such a huge city with polish population there are so people few from Chicago (as well as NY).

If there was such meeting in NY, I'd come but can't make it to Chicago.

I heard in chicago live very much poles , in germany we have in dortmund a little part calles "scharnhorst" , there are polish kiosks , polish resteraunt , barber shops , the people talk all polish , its called there "mala warszawa" :) !

How it was in chicago ? are they little areas were it is like in "mala warszawa" ? and how are the people ? they feel american or polish?
