Just for the record im english and i have a lot of polish mates and they're the most honest, hardworking, open people you could meet and they have never given me a reason to look at them as untrustworthy, but its like every nationality i guess, the few bad apples giving the rest a bad name.

I fthere is ever a violent revolution in the UK , these suckers will be the first ones up against the wall....I will gladly pull the trigger....I am English , and proud of it by the way , i also live in Poland , and i am proud of that too....

Hate to say this but they are gaining more and more votes....not a good thing but a sign of the times.

I know , especially in area,s that have a large population of non white people , but i don,t see them ever getting strong enough to get into power and start a bloodbath in Uk , which is what is going to happen if they start trying to deport people out of UK...And of course all the nutters in countries that have Brits living there will see it as a chance to get rid of their guests...Not good news for peole like me trying to make a living in another country...What really pee,s me off is that because of these people i can,t fly the flag of my country on my house in UK without people thinking i am a nazi....Here in Poland i fly both an English and a Polish flag...not a problem at all....

The only people who benefit from this large-scale economic migration are unscrupulous employers who pay Scrooge wages to workers who are prepared to tolerate poor pay and squalid, overcrowded or unsuitable conditions, so that they can either accrue meagre savings or send sterling abroad to their families. Before I sold my company last year I employed 14 Polish citizens.Do you know why??
Because they never ever complained,they were never late for work,sometimes we would do a 18 hour day,and they would eagerly do more if it was needed.
They got paid well above the minimum wage,and I awarded bonuses,and they could take as much fish home as they pleased.If any of them needed extra money ie for a car or deposit on accomodation..........it was there for them! I was there as the "tea-boy".If we were having a long day I would send out for pizza or Macdonalds.
Would I do this for an English workforce?.........NOT A CHANCE!.

The Polish people are here to make a better living for themselves and their families.

I have never met a Pole that I didnt like or become freinds with.I cant say that about my countrymen.Give me 10 Polish workers instead of 20 English workers any day!.

Strangely this was a conversation I had with someone today. My company also employs Polish workers in all departments and I was thinking today that had it not been for them, this company would have been in serious trouble recently. Basically because when we've advertised these jobs no one from the UK has applied.



Well, quite rightly, I've had a few complaints recently from some of the Polish workers and mostly I've found them to be justified.

Im sorry for my rant above Pdoll,but this idiot has really wound me up.Ive just been looking at some of the other garbage he has written,geez!.

I found that my workforce would discuss any problems between themselves and then elect a spokesperson to talk to me.99.9% of the time I would decide or remedy the problem in their favour.
If it had been an English workforce they would have walked out or called the union in.
The most common complaints I recieved were............." Ian,you have bought the wrong doughnuts,or biscuits" lol.

I also get annoyed with the "Polish stealing our jobs" posts because I know that my company advertises any position well, in different newspapers and online also and in the Job Centre yet there are some positions some Brits seem to see as "below" themselves and don't apply for...so if they aren't willing to apply for these jobs, I must employ someone who will...
