Hi, I just stumbled on to this site today. I don't know why I haven't looked for a forum like this before now? Duh. We were getting ready to make some Pierogies and I needed to check out the dough, flour egg water etc. Its been a few years. We use potato, cottage cheese, green onion,and bacon in our filling. We made about 130 today. Happy Pierogi day to all.

I found this forum a few days ago, by chance when I googled a question "How do you make bimber ". LOL
