i / a what is the difference?

"i" means "and"

'a" is more like "what about"

"a" always seems to be more like when something is in addition to, or like "i" but the next thing you mention isn't as obvious.

Of course my polish is not what others' language ability is on this board so there's an excellent, excellent chance that i'm waaaaaaay off.

- "a" disconnects, suggests negation, opposites or difference
