having trouble with 'wiec' in this context and what is translation for 'wloczysz' and 'marku'

it was in reply to me saying that i was still waiting to go home and that it was late.

so wloczyc - is same as wloczysz ? I figured it was in reference to my 'pacing up and down' !

włóczyć się is an infinitive, włóczysz się is 2nd person singular, present tense (you wander / you're wandering). He/she was simply asking where you had been [what you were doing] that late :).
