Witam Wszystkich!!

Hello Everyone!

I just found this forum on the internet and thought it would be great way to keep in touch with Polish language, culture, and Poles, as I lived/studied in Poland (Poznań) for about 7 years. Mogę mówić i pisać po Polsku (nie perfektcyjne) więc mam nadzieje że tutaj będą szanse używać język Polskiego bo nie chcialbym zapomnić!!

Several months ago I moved back to the US and now live in the Chicago area, and thankfully, I have begin to discover many Polish clubs & restaurants. If you are from the Chicago area or anywhere else for that matter, and would like to correspond, please drop me a line.

I hope you will like it here. I also live in the Chicago area. I'm surprised that after 7 years in Poland you did not bring back a polish wife to practice polish with...
Nothing lost however, there are plenty of lovely, polish girls (women) in Chicago metro! (Unless you're married already then - forget it)

I was born in England but raised by Polish parents - hence the obligatory attendance at Polish Saturday School and Harcerstwo and Zespol Taneczny...... but truthfully, I loved being bi-cultural. My Polish is a little rusty...... been living in Kuwait for 4 years so tried my hand at Arabic........ but would love to brush up my Polish!
