i think usually it can last from 4-7 days, well thats my experience of girls anyway. Some are really moody because of the pains others seem fine and don't get much pain, so i guess it depends on personal make up

well, it goeas like that....
5 days before it's a torture for everybody around me, then there is 4 days of pain for me, and then i another 5 days of torture for everybody around me...i have/give a break for a couple of days in a month.
