At the minute, around 10-13zl/hour depending on location. However, you might struggle to find good workers at 13zl/hour in the bigger/wealthier cities.

Thank you delphiandomine.

Do you think I can apply this rate to the region of Wroclaw?

If you mean Wrocław city or within 30km, probably not. Amazon has had terrible problems finding people at 13zl/hour there - there's just not much unemployment in the Wrocław area, and the good workers from the area have already left.

If you consider Wałbrzych, then yes, it should be possible. But in general, the Dolnoslaskie province is quite wealthy.

If your business model can sustain it, I would suggest looking at Radom or Kielce - both are fairly big places with horrific unemployment problems. A 13zl/hour rate there would be quite appealing, I suspect.

Thank you for the information.

Our business model is based on the region of Wroclaw (I have heard that there is some big manufactures there). So you think the salary level there for a worker is higher than 13zl/hour? What is a normal work time?

Thanks

If you plan to find really cheap workers in Poland you need to locate your company/factory as near the Eastern border (especially Ukrainian part) as possible because then you can count on these former-Russia workers to do the job for low wages. The only problem is that they cannot cross the Poland's border freely, but many of them manage to and then 10zl per hour will work for most of them.

13 PLN\hour could be hard near Wroclaw because of Amazon @delphiandomine said. Except Wrocław and other big cities - Warszawa, Poznań, Kraków, Gdańsk You should be able to find workers for this rate - if You don't need 3000 like Amazon ;)

Mostly we work 8 hours a day in Poland. Mainly between 8-16 or 9-17.

Normal work is 40 hours a week.

Yes, production line workers will expect more near Wrocław because it's very difficult to find good workers there. The cost of living is comparatively high in Wrocław - so to give an idea, Amazon are offering 13zl/h AND taking people in by free bus from towns/villages up to 60km away. I'd expect to have to pay in the region of 15zl/hour just to find good, reliable people. Although - if the job is physically undemanding, then you could offer less as it means that older people can work there.
