Does it have sense to get TESOL for a non natve english speaker in Poland?

i saw many ads concerning hiring english teachers, most of them said "native speakers",although i am willing to teach english in poland, i wanna get TESOL, but not sure if i get it, does it make sense?

Getting qualifications always makes sense.
You will have to consider how good a speaker of English you are, do you have a strong accent? There are many non-native speakers of English who have taught and continue to teach in Poland and the Far East. P.s. Do not get a mickey mouse qualification - get one from the recognised boards.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'TESOL', however if you want to teach English in Poland (or elsewhere) you should certainly get a CELTA and ideally follow it with a DELTA.

I agree with the CELTA but I'm not convinced about the DELTA unless you want to become a DOS.

no i dont have accent, so without those certificate,maybe only find low salary english teaching job? and how do u think of idea to go to polish uni to study english, do they offer some internship like teaching in some school? and they also give u some certificate similar as TESOL? compared to get CELTA or TESOL,which one is better?

...NO, you will not find ANY jobs, as there are people better qualified than you, speak the local language and have teaching experience.

...First of all, find out what TESOL is, then what CELTA and then DELTA are and where you can study them.
Even after obtaining a certificate, you will have to prove yourself in the marketplace. It is not an automatic right to a job, especially when there are highly qualified native teachers searching for jobs.

You will have to ask yourself: What have I got to offer a prospective pupil which no other teacher has?

so as non native english speaker, it is important to get B.A degree of English? i have had one B.A, but it is business. is it ok? maybe for native speakers, it is not important if their B.A is english or not just as long as they get CELTA/TESOL?

The only way to find out is to contact prospective employers (language schools) and ask. Some require English degree, some not.
