Is doing courses by correspondence popular among Polish people?

Hi. I just have a very general question... How popular is doing a course e.g. business, creative, skills, by correspondence among Polish People? Especially, if the course carried a recognised qualification by a recognised professional body? Thanks, Vincent

Not popular at all. Almost every employer here recognise only qualifications acquired through university (but only normal courses, not correspondence).
