Dual Citizen, MBA looking for work in KRK??

Hello Everyone!
I am a dual citizen US/Polish, born in the States, and moving back to Poland in one month for a year long post graduate studies program at the Jagellonian University in Krakow. I have my Bachelors in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources that I just finished. Unfortunately, most of my work experience has been for our small, family businesses. I'm hoping to start looking for work when I arrive, but can anyone help me with some ideas on what type of expectations I should have? Does anyone go to networking events? Truly, I feel a bit lost right now, but I hope that once I get there things will fall into place. I travel to Poland yearly so I feel comfortable navigating my way around, but I would love to hear from others who have experienced the transition!
