Holiday entitlement in Poland (conditions for receiving holiday)?

Can anybody tell me what are the conditions for receiving 26 days holiday entitlement instead of the 20 days on a Umowa o prace? I know you have to have at least 10 years work experience but that is a little open. Does this include part-time jobs, training periods etc and as a British citizen does all 10 years have to be in Poland or a combination of working in different EU countries is also taken in to account? Also what if any evidence might i have to provide to my employer to qualify for it?
Many questions but 6 days difference is definitely worth the research.

I'm pretty sure that training periods are included (including university) and I'd be very surprised if it wasn't EU wide.

When I had this issue come up with my Polish employer, I got the UK inland revenue to send me my pension forecast - it tells you how many years you've been paying into the system and so by a roundabout way how many years you've been working. I got it translated by a sworn translator and my employer had no problems accepting it and more importantly, they said legally it was fine. The alternative would have been to write to every company I'd ever worked for and ask them to vouch that I'd been working for them - not a tempting choice.

I was lucky though because a) they were a nice reasonable employer b) I had been making continuous NI contributions before I left for Poland, so I'm not sure this would work for you if you've not been making UK NI contributions.
