I'd like to move to Poland. Maybe teaching Italian?

Hello!
I am a 24 years old italian boy from Milan. I'd like to move in Poland, especially in Krakow, and find a jon in this city, maybe teaching italian as a native speaker, but I have no experience in this field (I graduated in business administration) and I don't speak Polish (only very good English and a little French).
Are there any job opportunities for me? Do anyone have any tips on that?

Hi Alexis, It's good you'd like to move to Poland. How much do you know about Poland? Do you have a diploma in teaching - or at least experience?

Tlum, as I have already written I don't have neither a diploma in teaching (I'm an accountant graduated in business administration) nor any other qualifications or experiences. I know that in this way finding a job in a language school is rather difficult but I don't loose anything in trying. It would be better if I'd find a job suitable to my studies but it's quite impossible.
About my knowledge of Poland, I've a friend in Poland, near Krakow, and he's teaching me a lot of interesting things about Poland, from history to culture, and some words in polish.

Wwa, I've read all the discussion about you and it helped me. I really want tomove in Poland and I thought that finding a job as an italian teacher would have been easier than finding any other job. For me it'd not be a problema teaching, the only thing is that I've no experience or qualifications. By the way, I'll try to email some school and the university of Krakow. I still have hopes

hi Alexis!I am from Greece!I have been to Poland `cause my girlfriend 4 times.Poland for me that i am coming from Athens is LOVELY!!!I have been to Milano too.For sure you will like krakow, but its a long distance between go somewhere to stay,that go somewhere for holidays or 2-3 mounths....My opinion is to start first for holidays...

Alexis - as a native speaker in a language school you don`t need any experience in teaching it`s enough if you speak the language and have a good contact with people. I know quite succesful English native speaker working in various language schools in my area who before comming to Poland was a policeman in Canada - so I don`t think that a teacher diploma is the most important thing here.

I think you do some short course TEFL or something. By the way, interesting to see how people will trade their well paying jobs just to move to another country for the adventure.... =] Especially that most polish migrants are economic migrants

Maybe cause some people feel the need to live in their culture, or a culture they adopt as their own. Money cant buy you everything. So I guess people will trde their well paying jobs for a plane ticket to Poland (or India, for instance) to have an ''adventure'' that they probably find they will not be able to live without.

I guess you just dont understand the value of culture. Culture is something we all ID ourselves with. You say ''Polish born Australian''. I say simply Polish or Inidan... who cares where you are born, you ID yourself as Australian then thats what you are. If u feel u are Polish Australian then thats both of what you are. But if you see yourself as Australian with a Polish bg then u are really just Australian and thats no bad either as long as you dont imply that Australia is so much better then Poland, without understanding your roots and your culture.

A person with no roots has no culture. A person who has a different culture to their roots has lost their root culture and a person who does not feel much to their roots will not understand their root culture therefore saying that the person needs to open up and see the other perspectives... but then again they are probably too narrow mided to even realize that much!
