I am an Indian coming to Poland for my masters so in the mean while is it easy for me to get a part time job as i have 3 years of work experience here in India

Go to their websites... they all have the foreign student office.

You can call them too...and they, I heard, are very helpful. There are english courses in many universities...but if you learn polish, you can learn free in some universities.

Polish universities have very good educational programs......the only problem is getting part-time jobs which can be solved by learning Polish which is taught free of charge in many universities. So if any one is interested kindly contact :

There are almost certainly nothing available to you there. You might find menial work for 5zl an hour, but even then, I doubt it. Poland is not for you if you need to work to pay off loans.

If you are intending to come to Poland with the idea of working to pay for loans, forget it - you will earn about 2 lakh per hour if you are lucky-

No, it's not easy to get a Polish visa.

You can work as much as you can, however, you'll struggle to find any sort of employment. No-one is going to hire Indians who don't speak Polish - apart from possibly your fellow countrymen, though even they tend to hire Poles too.

No, you can't get a work permit without a valid offer of work.

In short : find somewhere else, because Poland is not for you.

In uk one year masters and they give 2 year work permit how abt poland i heard 2 masters and 4 years work permite is't right ...

If you intend to work in Poland to repay your bank loan - think again.

Hi, I am Asian student too and have been living warsaw since 2007.

If you would like to come study purpose, you should choose right college.
and thinking to do part time job, you will find hardly and even you will find less than 2 euro per hour.
Your India is great then Poland. don't waste your time here with dream. Work for your country.

True, it is not an intellectual statement.

But this is not a place for the intellectuals always. We have had statements which are more agressive (regardless the side that those statement took).

This statement in its silliness makes me imagine a child who wanted to play with a group of kids. Some children in that group pushed that child away aggressively and he fell down and hurt his knee. Crying and wiping his little eyes he said "I wont play with you ... never play with you!".

Its either a hyper-emotional statement from this person, or this person is lost. In either ways his statement is neither going to be affective against the new prospective/interested individual, nor affective against the insecure weak-hearted person who pushed him with the arms of racism.

We all must better be stronger within to conquer darkness and bring light!

He seems to be a British who himself resides in Poland, but he tries to scare you away from Poland. Does he do it because he hates Indians? Come to Poland. It is very welcoming and multicultural.Bring your lady and have many kids!

Very nice country and the people are as welcoming to foreigners as they are to emigrating themselves

I think Poland is quite content interms of educated and skilled people, plus in a country like Poland where Polski is the main business language it is very important that you know to speak Polski becuase every business transcation is done in the same language. Plus as en employer would be happy to hire a local person who speak the local langauge and English then a foreigner who does not speak the local langauge.
For Indians Poland is good only if you have a business to run or start, working is not for us.
Trust me I have done my home work.

Not particularly so.

However, there are no jobs for Indian students. Don't even come here expecting to make money - it's just not possible. Poland is not the way to milk and honey like your agent promised you - in fact, it's very likely that you'll find it incredibly difficult to do anything after finishing the studies.

There are many foreigners in modern poland and they welcome diversity. Go there, you will find a job as they are all in Ireland working in meat factories
