Is it worth moving from Dubai to Poland? (cities like Krakow, Wroclaw)

hi there, i am having an employment opportunities in poland (krakow, wroclaw) although i could not find any comparison over net. or anyone had moved. dubai is very cosmopolit hub and mostly seems like a place with ample features for temporary location. however with the rise of rents and all its artificiality by years you realise that you don't actually feel the time. or maybe its just my personality. i am pretty much introverted person.

so should i consider to moving to poland? seems poland wages are low and there is tax rates higher unlike in uae. just for the case i have an asian roots.

Poland is much nicer than Dubai. Prices are more or less the same for most things, perhaps a little more expensive. Except for accommodation which is cheaper. Poland does have income tax though and jobs are in general harder to find.

I don't think it's a good idea. The weather is terrible in Poland unlike in Dubai. Wages are lower and generally job opportunities are worse.

yeah the rent prices are getting ridiculous in dubai. its totally bubbled. you said poland is much nice than dubai. can you please a bit elaborate, i hope you don't mean only weather. what are the things except weather and rents. i am already earning double what was in proposal, i am not paying tax. the only reason i just want some change but i am not still sure would it worth it. since it s not the place makes you better human is not it?

Maybe, but we need more input about you for better assessment. Who are you, whats your profession etc.?

If you work as a living statue, Poland is better when it comes to weather coz it isn`t so hot here but worse when it comes to earnings.

I've come across two Polish books recently which have "Dubai" in their title:
1. "Dziewczyny z Dubaju"
2. "Chłopaki z Dubaju"
Both about Polish call-girls and Polish escorts who work not only in Dubai, but across the world.

I have similar question is it worth moving to Krakow from Dubai?

Not interested in weather conditions more in terms of:
- Quality of life
- Family Security
- Social Life

Well want to change that for my child...
