My wife and I are considering moving to Warsaw in the near future and my wife who is a Turkish citizen wonders what sort of jobs might be available in the city to someone who doesn't speak Polish.

I am really interested in the opposite direction.

I speak Polish and English. Suppose I move to Turkey. What jobs could I do without speaking Turkish?
