Need your help about studying in Poland (I'm from Vietnam)

Hello everyone.
I am a 11th-grade student and I am from Vietnam. I am interested in studying abroad, esp. in Poland because of its cheap educational cost. However, there are some things I don't know well about studying and living in Poland, so I hope everybody will give me useful informations.
1. Is there Entrance exams in Poland? If yes, will I have to sit for the exam in Poland? If not, will I have submit an applications? Or each university has its own policy, doesn't it?
2. How does it cost if I live in Poland (average or minimum)? and in Warsaw?

There are plenty of Vietnamese people who have studied in Poland. It would be better if you asked this question on a Vietnamese forum. The anwers you will get will be more useful. And be more specific. When you post your question in on the Vietnamese forum, make sure to say what you want to study, and where.

Warsaw is more expensive than Krakow, for example if you want to rent a flat. You can check the prices in Krakow, when you in google write "KrakowFlats". What do you want to study?

Yes, but the Vietnamese community in Warsaw is far far larger and they very much help each other out.

, I know. But almost of them attain governmental scholarship, whereas I want to get more information about the entrance exams. Moreover, even though my cousins are now studying in Warsaw, there are some personal reasons that makes I don't want to ask them any question
2. I want to study Economics or International Business. And I don't mind if there are many Vietnamese or not. I am only interested in qualification of studying environment and cost of living.
I'm looking forward to receiving more info from all of you guys :)

I think, whatever the OP is writing, she wants an easy entry into the Schengen zone.

I'm sorry, but in fact, I just want to find a good educational environment, and after graduating, I am coming back my motherland. Additionally, my family's income is just much enough for me to study and live, not travel around Europe.

If you want to know about entrance exams, contact the university. They will tell you all you need to know. You can't get answers to that question on a forum like this.

Cost of living depends mostly on how much you are willing to pay for a room. You can get a basic student dorm room for about 600 PLN total, but expect to pay a bit more.

A student can live on as little as 600 PLN a month on top of rent, but that will be a hard life. 1000 PLN on top of rent is a pretty decent student life.

So you will need at least 1200 PLN a month for a very frugal student lifestyle, and double that for a decent but no-frills student lifestyle.

Tks so much for all of your reply. I've sent letter of requirements for some Polish univs about admission and application process.
Poland is a good education. but I don't know if Polish univ diploma is recognized widely in Europe and the whole world as well?

please be aware that vietnam is a country undergoing great change and many are going abroad to benefit from a foreign education, as opposed to going abroad for employment opportunities and social benefits, which are more attractive to poles

poland's education system, as woeful as it is, offers a viable alternative to what is on offer in their home land at a price that is considerably more affordable than say america, the uk or australia

people who can afford to send their children abroad, even to poland, have considerably more money than you will ever have and, as is the tradition there, invest this in their children's future

the vast majority of vietnam's young adults going abroad for tertiary education will return to their homeland to assist in it's development. those who choose not to are often offered attractive salaries to remain where they have studied. it's not cleaning toilets for them, my dear wallah
