Is polish qualification and education level is same as in in England?

Hi there,

Being an educationalist i would like to know about how higher education system work in Poland. Is polish qualification level is same as in in England. are there any private institution offer higher diplomas and degree level courses even if the awarding body from united kingdom. If anybody can guide me it will be great.

thanks convex its all clear now. one more question, private colleges in warsaw must registered with higher education in order to offer higher level courses and what are the basic requirement a private institution to be registered with higher education.
