Hi,

I am a German university graduate and have moved for personal reasons to Warsaw. Now I am also looking for a job and it’s not easy to find one with my poor polish knowledge. But I try to summarize all my experiences – besides some other facts about Poland – in my blog. Maybe you can profit from something:

Go to the UK for six months, harvest some veggies for about six months, get a kid, go on the dole, and move back to Warsaw with UK benefit money. Formula for success.

Don,t come to Poland expecting cushy jobs. The best you,re likely to get is labouring on a farm for peanuts.

A man reserves his true and deepest love not for the species of woman in whose company he finds himself electrified and enkindled, but for that one in whose company he may feel tenderly drowsy.

Hello,

I am originally from Romania and I am relocating to Warsaw with my partner for his work. I speak Romanian, English fluent and Italian and French at a medium level and I have work experience in a diplomatic institution (embassy) and an international engineering company. I am looking for a job that can use my various skills, but where I do not require Polish at this stage (I am taking a course however to acquire the language further).

If anyone knows of any companies that may be interested or any families that require support don't hesitate to contact me

Hello,

I am from Spain and I'm thinking to go to Poland coming soon. I've studied Industrial Engineering in Spain but with this huge crisis is very difficult to find a job. The unemployment is 26% and in the young graduated people over 50%. Besides the taxes go up and the salaries go down every day. I've ruled UK out because my english is not perfect (B2-C1), so it would be very difficult find any job. The same happens with Germany (A1).

I'm thinking in Poland because there are a lot of IT multinational companies and maybe they need spanish speakers, or maybe I could find a job as spanish teacher. I've one year of experience in supply chain.

I would like to read any advice of you that help me to take the right decision: which city do you recommend me? which sector?

Thanks.

Dude go to Chile instead. Fantastic country, fabulously beautiful, great food not to mention wine. Their economy is thriving and they are hiring young, well-educated Spaniards in droves... seriously, no brainer.

Thank you for your answer but Chile is in the other side of the world. Firstly I would like to try in Europe, this is the reason I asked about Poland, that is two hours flight and the attempt would not be so expensive. So, any advice about the best place of Poland to search a job?
