I`m would like to know, if there is polish builders (carpenters / bricklayers) interested to work in Finland.

When do you need them? What's the pay?

I have links to Poland and Finland. Do you think there is a demand for Polish tradespeople in Finland?
In my experience finns are a bit unsure of employing foreigners (not because they are anti foreigner - they just want the job done properly and are a bit wary)
It was an idea I had to start a work agency for Poles in Finland, now that restrictions have been lifted there.
Any ideas?

If your staff are qualified to the highest standard and have a good work record I don't see any problems. Just make sure that they can do what they say they can do and have their own tools [where necessary].
If the locals are wary I would only send very small groups to begin with. I could say more, but won't. Good luck.
