I have some shop bought krokiety in the fridge and i was wondering if it is possible to freeze them (I don't think i'll be able to eat them all before they go bad!). Excuse my ignorance, but i'm just not sure whether this is ok or not and i wanted to make sure before i did it!!

LOL :)

Yes, I think you can freeze them without problems - just like pierogies.

Krokiety is to be tried, believe me. If you don't fancy cooking yourself then hopefully you have a nice Polish friend who'll cook them for you :)
