38yr old Polish man seeks work in the UK.

I am a 38yr old single Polishman seeking work in the UK. I do have English friends in Scarborough. I am at present working and living in Poland but can come over almost immediately if needed for an interview. I am self motivated, of smart appearance and hard working and willing to learn most new trades that might be offered to me. I hold a Polish driving licence and intend to apply to be able to drive in the UK. Personal objective

I am committed to finding work in the UK. I am as of January, 08 in the process of moving
to the UK and can be contacted at this UK address. I am allowed to work in the UK.
I am self motivated, of smart appearance, honest, reliable and hardworking. I do hold a Polish
driving license and will apply for a UK/International licence as soon as I arrive in the UK.
I would consider any work offered from Supermarket assistant, Security Guard, Catering assistant
Hotel work, warehouseman etc.

Duties included:
Driving forklift truck in warehouse moving boxes or hosiery etc.

1998 - 2000 Labourer/Cobbler. Fabryka Elementow Obuwia Fabello-Frezer Elementow Obuwia
Duties included:
Stitching soles onto shoes etc.

1997 -1998 Builders Labourer. Firma Mabudo
Duties included:
General labouring work on building sites.

1993 -1995 Builders Labourer. Zaklad Betoniarski.
Duties included:
General labouring work around buildings sites.

1987 -1992 Electrician in coal mine. K.W.K. "Szczyglowice in Knurowie"
Education and training
2001 - 2004 Further Education/Night School. Liceum.
1983 -1987 ZsZ in Zd-Wola PkP. (Railway Training School)
Learning electrician work and also to drive a train.
Secondary School Certificate.

Leisure interests
Football, reading. Nature studies, gardening, snooker, cooking, walking, travels abroad.

If you have a place to stay then I would suggest you come here first and then seek work, not the other way round. Its not that difficult to find some work, especially as you seem to speak very good English, but even without, if you have some contacts and a bit of money you should be OK

Polishman in Scarborough seeks work of a permanent nature.

Polish man 38 yrs old now living in Scarborough with English friends seeks work in or around Scarborough. Maybe even further afield. I trained as an electrician but for the past 8 yrs have driven a forklift truck in a hosiery warehouse in Poland. I am wanting permanent work as I intend staying in the UK. Would consider any job from warehouse to catering - kitchen assistant, hotel staff, nursing home kitchen staff, security if possible etc. I am honest, of smart appearance, hard working and genuine and can supply CV and references. I have a Polish drivers licence and want to obtain a UK one so I can drive here. I can speak English but at the moment it is limited but I am getting better at it every day.
