Z KAZDYM DNIEM KOCHAM CIE

My Polish girlfriend's English is good and my Polish is...... well lets just say I am trying to learn. I have this text that I received today. A few words I recognize some I can find in the dictionary, but a lot I can't find, I guess it's the grammar thing again. I always worry when I get a long Polish text - it usually means that what ever she wants to tell me she is very passionate about the subject (as in determined). I would appreciate a little help on the translation side from anyone out there who could assist - oh of course I understand the last few words in English. :-)
