ZEMSKO - do you know about this place?

Hi! My great grandfather came to England in 1900 approx from ZEMSKO in Poland. Also known as Zemsko Poznanski. Does anybody know anything at all about this place? I hope to visit in July, so if you live locally it would be great to get to know you! I think there might be two places called Zemsko, so if you know anything at all to help me, please leave a message. Thanks. Max.

as it is zemsko poznanski i think it must be the one nearer poznan. but of course i can't be sure. so the one near Granowo. do you know anything more about it?
